In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Contectus Global Technology Inc. ("Company") as the data controller within the scope explained below.

Your personal data is collected through forms on our website, email, telephone, and face-to-face interviews. This data is processed based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of KVKK: "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation", and "being mandatory for processing data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject".

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• To request information about the processing if your personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK
• To request that correction, deletion, or destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
• To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems
• To request compensation for damages in case your personal data is processed in violation of the law

Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
